Andrew was really helpful and whenever I needed assistance he got back to me right away. He even gave me his personal number in case I couldn't reach him at the office. Because he was so prompt, I was able to get my car at the best possible rate.

Hi Mike,
What a fantastic experience the recent collision claim was for us. I received the
claim settlement check electronically today, and the rental car will be returned on 4/01/13.
At that point, all we have to do is get Forrie back to good health with her chest and shoulder.
She is coming along okay.
Everyone with whom we worked displayed outstanding professionalism and courtesy.
Their concern for our welfare was uppermost in their approach. You have a great organization
in Nationwide!
Go ahead with the changes that you recommended. I sincerely appreciate
the assistance which you have given us in this entire matter. It is a great comfort to know that,
when needed, you are always there. I will be contacting you whenever I decide on a new car.

Good day Ms. Sandy.
Just wanted to write a note about the great service I received during the recent storm "Sandy" No not you.
When I called your office they directed me to a special 1-800 number. From there everyone was fantastic.
I was refered to an underwriter or whatever he was called. I was told to get an estimate. I told him and was sent
paperwork in 2 days and a check 2 days later. Since I had multiple issues the claim stayed open until I could get the
roofing people to respond and the same process was then duplicated.
I have never had a claim with Nationwide but would say if I had to have one with anyone, Nationwide was very easy
and very understanding in the process. Thanks so much for being a part of my protection.
